Every item in the BBQ Dad Merch store — from our signature bbq-dad t-shirts and hoodies to our mugs and tote bags — is made to order just for you. That means nothing sits in a dusty warehouse; it's printed fresh and shipped straight to your door (or the grill master's door, if it's a gift).

Production Time

After you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days for production. This is the time it takes to print, quality-check, and package your item. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, delivery within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Combining production and shipping, most US customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed near peak holidays such as Father's Day or Christmas may experience slightly longer processing times — we recommend ordering early to be safe.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any applicable rates will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
