At BBQ Dad Merch, we want every grill dad — and every person shopping for one — to be completely satisfied with their order. Every item is made to order and inspected before it ships. If something isn't right on our end, we will make it right on ours.

Eligible Returns and Refunds

We accept return and refund requests for items that arrive:

• Damaged or defective
• Misprinted or with a significant print quality issue
• Materially different from the product described on our site

To initiate a claim, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We'll review your request promptly and, where eligible, offer a replacement item or a full refund in USD.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all of our products are printed on demand specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Incorrect size selections (please review the size chart on each product page before ordering)
• Change-of-mind or buyer's remorse
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method in USD. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, though your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
