At BBQ Dad Merch, every order goes into production quickly — just like Dad doesn't wait once the coals are hot. Because our products are made to order, we have a very limited window to make changes or cancellations before production begins.

Cancellation Window

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received before production has started. Our production time is 2-3 business days, and once production has begun, we are generally unable to cancel the order.

Order Modifications

Need to change a size, quantity, or shipping address? Reach out to us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the requested change. Modifications can only be accommodated before production begins. Once an item has entered production — typically within the first 2-3 business days — changes may no longer be possible.

After Production Has Started

Once your order is in production, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If your order arrives with a defect or error on our part, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy — we'll take care of you.
