How do the sizes run? Should I size up?
Our t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are printed on standard US unisex sizing and generally run true to size. If your grill master is between sizes or prefers a roomier fit for all that backyard movement, we recommend sizing up. Each product page includes a detailed size chart — always worth a quick check before ordering. When in doubt, go bigger: nobody ever complained that their BBQ hoodie had extra room.
How long will it take to get my order?
Every item is made to order just for you. Production takes 2–3 business days, and then shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days once your order leaves our production facility. In total, most US customers receive their order within 5–8 business days from the order date. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it all the way to the backyard.
I need this for Father's Day (or a birthday) — will it arrive in time?
We totally get it — timing is everything when you're shopping for the grill dad in your life. Allow at least 10 business days before the big day to be safe, accounting for production (2–3 business days) plus shipping (3–5 business days) and a little buffer. Can I return or exchange my order if something's wrong?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right — no questions asked. Because our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for sizing mistakes or change-of-mind, so please double-check the size chart before you order. Can I customize a shirt or mug with a name or personal message?
Right now, our catalog features ready-to-ship designs that work great right out of the box — no customization required to get a big laugh at the cookout. We don't currently offer individual name or text customization on orders. How should I wash and care for my BBQ Dad gear?
To keep the print looking as bold as Dad's seasoning blend, machine wash inside-out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.
